Beginning April 1, 2002, Highmark Blue Shield, a
Highmark company, will offer a range of fully-integrated
health coverage plans to the people of Central Pennsylvania
and the Lehigh Valley independent of Capital Blue
Cross. While we have served Central Pennsylvanians
and those in the Lehigh Valley with quality health
care coverage for more than 60 years jointly with
Capital Blue Cross, we're excited to show you what
